The Great Lakes Bay Instructional Consortium includes Bay-Arenac ISD, Clare-Gladwin RESD, Gratiot-Isabella RESD, Midland ESA, and Saginaw ISD. Over the last four years, the Instructional Directors and Assistant Superintendents have come together to discuss challenges, solutions, and how to be the most effective service providers. Though the work is continuously changing, the partnerships are everlasting.

Our Great Lakes Bay Instructional Team  continues to work collaboratively to provide the best professional learning opportunities for the region in a local setting.  A prime example of this would be the Educator Evaluation trainings where different sessions were offered at multiple sites throughout the region. Another example would be the team members working together to develop Guided School Improvement sessions that are hosted at each site.
