This PAGE is currently under construction and is a NEW development for sharing resources to inform accountability and support educator evaluations.  

Clearly UNDER CONSTRUCTION is the new legislation as the House has passed HB 5223 and HB 5224.  In addition, the Governor as tied funds to both these bills in the budget. Speculation claims the Senate will likely pass these bills during "lame duck" session with modifications only to the timeline.
