If you are at the district level, you may recall transmitting in the old platform. Within the ASSIST platform, you are able to search the status of your buildings (3 minute video to see how to search). However the status may lag 24-48 hours and it does not show approval status or if the building has not started a report.
Bottom line, districts will need to eventually open every building in order to approve required reports and possibly see the most up-to-date status of the building.
