31a
Exciting news! There is no longer a provision for redirection of funds based upon assessment results in the budget.  However, the intent and purpose of 31a funds remain the same.  We still have the same criteria for identification of students, and schools must continue to code students in all collections.  Although no redirection of funds are required, proficiency targets are still present at grades 3, 8 and 11 and should still be a target for improvement efforts.

Spending on professional learning has increased to 7 1/2 % and may be utilized in the following manner:
  • Supporting the coaching model
  • Supporting the MTSS Model
  • Learning around best practices and use of data
  • Implementation of Read by Grade Three with fidelity
