Same process ... New language

Gone are the days of Gather, Study, Plan, Do and welcome in the new five phases. The process begins with assessing your needs which should inform a continuous improvement plan that articulates the vital behaviors of implementation for staff to support and monitor throughout the year.  Towards the end of the year, strategies should be evaluated for fidelity and the impact on the whole child.  These phases overlap each other and tend to be more complex and less linear in nature.  See the Continuous Improvement Tab for more information.  

Updates to the S.I. Timeline (Breakout)

On Monday, Nov. 19, at 2:45 p.m., visit Ballroom 5 for an exploration of updated resources on the Practical School Improvement Timeline. 
The agenda (with live links) will cover four major areas:

1. Assessing Needs with three recommendations
2. Monitoring and supporting implementation of improvement plans
3. Exploring other resources through a BINGO scavenger hunt
