The Practical SI Timeline has always included valuable information from MAS/FPS such as the month of November stating: "Begin formal evaluation of existing supplementary programs and school improvement plans (Dec - Mar)."
Consider using the One-Page COMPACT Program Eval Tool or the 2x2 Quadrant featured at the bottom of the Intro to Program Eval page this year as a quick alternative to evaluating all programs.
With the NEW requirement to complete ONE thorough program evaluation using the approved MDE Tool, you should consider completing the program description and the sections that correspond to Q1 - Q3 of the Program Evaluation. These are highlighted in a Google Doc that a few districts are using to complete common sections while saving fidelity (Q4) and impact (Q5) to be done individually by each school in the spring. Districts/Schools may also begin updating these sections directly in ASSIST as well.
