As often happens at the MDE School Improvement Conference, several updates are made to this website in preparation of a presentation. Though the presentation on March 16 will feature resources found online, this powerpoint will be used to guide some of the session. Updates to the website include:
- New videos to provide technical assistance for ASSIST (Reminder the SSR or Interim SA is due March 20, see EdYES! page)
- Consideration to wait on the new SDA as MDE may allow schools to copy and update the old SDA as an option in addition to pilot the new, streamlined SDA using local data.
- The School Improvement page now contains a sample math goal, implementation guide and a link to a sample Student Learning Objective (see the SLO page for more information).
- If time allows, other topics may include the RNN Data Tool and a brief overview on Student Growth Percentiles.
