Schools are required to survey parents, staff, and secondary students annually. MDE suggests (or recommends) that schools also survey elementary students and community members.
Log in to ASSIST/eProve to utilize the free survey service which includes reports. The key is to have the district assign surveys to the school. This is the only way to receive aggregate data across the district. Complete step-by-step details for using ASSIST surveys has been supplied by AdvancED:
